Blending energetic / body psychotherapy and a variety of tools such as intuition, touch, movement, sound, symbol and language, Lois offers individual sessions, workshops and seminars. She creates an environment of healing that has the power to embrace all facets of the Self resulting in a positive integration of body, mind and spirit. Grounded in experiential learning, she also offers retreats, supervision and apprenticeships to deepen one’s healing abilities for self and others.

Transformative Soul-Centered Energy Workshop
10 am - 5 pm
Join us for a day of experiential, energy based table work, exploring the use of intuition, sound, movement and esoteric energy work. "Esoteric" means hidden or innermost. This form of healing connects us with our soul and gives us the means of exploring the innermost way within. It is profoundly empowering, transformitive, and liberating work. This use of energy and the use of language help us to open up deep places within making them available for healing. Healing is approached as a creative process that is guided by higher intelligence. We will facilitate a sacred space for releasing the past, quieting the mind and healing the heart.
The emphasis of the day is on compassion, presence, and vulnerability. These attitudes support a space in which each individual can do their best work. Come ready to grow deep and uncover the innermost aspect of your being. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
